The Department of Recreation, Parks, & Leisure Services Administration is located in Finch, on the campus of Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant Michigan, at the intersection of Preston Street and Franklin Street. Metered parking is available in lots 9 and 10, and parking is open to the public in all lots on weekends, and after 4:00 pm on other days.

From the North
(Traverse City, Alpena, Upper Peninsula)

1. Take US-127 South to the first Mt. Pleasant Exit. The Exit ramp will become Mission Road (Business US-127).
   
2. At the sixth stop light (Preston St) turn right.
   
3. Follow Preston past East Campus Drive, and the next street on your right (at the stop sign) will be Franklin Street. Turn right onto Franklin, and metered parking is available ahead on the left side in Lots 9 and 10.

From the South
(Metro Detroit, Lansing, Kalamazoo)

1. Take US-127 North to the first Mt. Pleasant Exit (Note: You will be exiting from the left lane). The Exit ramp will become Mission Road (Business US-127).
   
2. At the third stop light (Preston St) turn left.
   
3. Follow Preston past East Campus Drive, and the next street on your right (at the stop sign) will be Franklin Street. Turn right onto Franklin, and metered parking is available ahead on the left side in Lots 9 and 10.

From the East
(Midland, Bay City, Saginaw, Flint, Port Huron)

1. Take M-20 West into Mt. Pleasant (it will become Pickard Street). At Mission Street (the main intersection next to Meijer), turn left.
   
2. At the fifth stop light (Preston St) turn right.
   
3. Follow Preston past East Campus Drive, and the next street on your right (at the stop sign) will be Franklin Street. Turn right onto Franklin, and metered parking is available ahead on the left side in Lots 9 and 10.

From the West
(Grand Rapids, Muskegon, Holland, Big Rapids)

1. Take M-20 East into Mt. Pleasant (it will become High Street). At Mission Street, turn right.
   
2. At the second stop light (Preston St) turn right.
   
3. Follow Preston past East Campus Drive, and the next street on your right (at the stop sign) will be Franklin Street. Turn right onto Franklin, and metered parking is available ahead on the left side in Lots 9 and 10.
